The Ribelle family are a next generation of boots designed to allow people to move faster than conventional mountain boots. Core to this is the new ARG last shape, which has low volume technical precision, but with a noticeable toe spring, giving a much more natural and fluid gait. This is married to the Pentax Precision Roll sole which has a technical Vibram outsole with bi-density PU cushioning, giving a much more natural feel and walking motion.

The upper of the Ribelle Lite is a lightweight microtech fabric with a direct lamination H-Dry membrane, creating a fully waterproof boot that's highly breathable, without absorbing water. The sock fit tongue works with the lightweight lacing system to give a snug, instant fit to these walking boots. The upper (and the midsole) are wrapped in a PU Tech layer that offers excellent abrasion resistance without adding anywhere near the weight of a conventional rubber rand.

• Mounting footbed: Pro Fiber Roll in Polypropylene + Fibreglass, anatomical and structural, with differentiated thicknesses, light weight and different anti-torsion rigidity. Maximum performance, stability and comfort.
• Upper: in technical fabric with water-repellent microfibre inserts and elastic fabric collar for greater comfort. Sock-Fit XT construction system that wraps the foot like a sock. Protective PU tech edging on the outside for greater lightness and rubber on the inside and toe for greater protection. The construction of the upper combined with the sole guarantees maximum precision, wrapping, comfort and synergy between foot and upper.
• Lacing: newly developed 'Speed Lacing' with bi-component lacing in light steel and plastic. The advanced lacing at the toe is differentiated into two parts. The lower part with lace grommets allows for fast lace sliding and adjustment of the fit volume in a single movement. The upper part has a lace lock that divides the lacing tension zones and hooks for an even and progressive wrapping of the ankle for a comfortable and unrestricted fit.
• Lining: Laminated 37.5® fabric with HDry® technology for maximum waterproofing and comfort.
• Outsole: Precision Tech Roll designed and studied by SCARPA, the result is a sole with contained volumes, precise, fast, light and comfortable fit.
• Tread: In Mont compound by Vibram® ensures stability and durability. Compatible with semi-automatic crampons.
