Tradition meets innovation!

A hybrid jacket with a contemporary design that combines the advantages of modern insulation material technology with traditional wool processing. The Fanes Sarner Down Hybrid jacket is enhanced by many functional details, such as the warm insulating hood with integrated high collar for maximum protection from the weather, ergonomic shoulders and gusseted sleeve seams for total freedom of movement. The jacket has a full-length windproof inner flap concealed behind the front zip, to block out gusts of icy wind. As for the pockets, there are two external zipped hand pockets and two internal, very roomy, mesh pockets.

Light, warm and waterproof
The Fanes Sarner Down Hybrid jacket features a versatile design, based on body mapping, in which the 750 padding of dense 90/10 duck down on the chest and back is combined with the classic Sarner construction on the sleeves, made of 100 per cent recycled wool. The down filling is protected by a waterproof and super-lightweight ripstop shell fabric with DWR (durable water repellent) treatment.

South Tyrolean tradition
It is a product designed to last, keeping you warm with a clear conscience. The RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certified insulation duvet is checked at every stage of the supply chain to ensure that the animals it comes from are not subjected to practices such as force-feeding and live plucking. Sarner knitting with reverse stitches is a traditional South Tyrolean technique of processing wool, resulting in a warmer and more wind- and rain-resistant yarn. For the sleeves, we use a blend of recycled wool and synthetic yarns to obtain a softer Sarner fabric with enhanced hydrophobic properties.
