Millet K2 MXP Down Suit

The MILLET expedition suit is designed to be used on the highest summits and in extreme cold conditions. It is updated this year with the world’s best hydrophobic down quality, with a 1000 cuin fill power. Made of highly abrasion resistant Pertex® Diamond, it is reinforced with stretch Dyneema® at the buttocks and knees in order to avoid tears. The clever zipped closure with three sliders lets you expose what you need to the cold. Last, but not least, various zipped pockets on both the outside and inside can be used to store your essentials such as glasses, overgloves, etc. when not being used.

Thermal Index
Millet has performed thermal insulation tests following EN ISO 15831 standards. The findings will guide you in selecting the product that best meets your thermal requirements, depending on your activities and the weather conditions.

Extreme -25°C and less
The insulation, composition and construction of our product guarantees incomparable resistance to the cold, withstanding extreme temperatures, below -25°C.

Regular fit
This comfortable fit is the most versatile. A subtile blend of a tighter fit round the shoulders and pelvis with a straight cut on the rest of the body.

Technologies

Dyneema
Dyneema® is one of the lightest, strongest fibers around. We use it for reinforcement purposes, in a 210 denier polyamide fabric.

K Dry Down
K Dry® Down has a water-repellent finish, so it does not absorb water and remains very light. The finish is PFC Free, to be environmentally kinder, and the RDS label guarantees the animals' welfare.

Pertex Quantum
Pertex® Quantum and Quantum Pro fabrics are lightweight and packable. Their ripstop structures offer high abrasion resistance, which is even higher in the Pro range. Their water-repellent finish protects wearers against wind and light rain.

Pertex Diamond
Pertex® Diamond Fuse fabrics are made from diamond-shaped filaments, creating an ultra-durable structure that is highly resistant to abrasion and multiple washes, enabling extended use.
