This backpack for children aged 6+ features the deuter Alpine back system for a solid, secure fit when moving through high-focus alpine terrain, and is comfortable and ventilated to support them on long days out. Side compression straps allow the volume of the pack to be cinched close to the child’s center of gravity. Stretch side pockets, lid compartments, a gear loop on the hip fins, pole attachments, and docking loops for attaching a helmet holder or other gear to the outside make this pack exceptionally adaptable.

Light and safe transport
The Alpine back system has been adapted for children: it adapts flexibly to every movement and stays close to the body. The system guarantees full control of the backpack and a high degree of freedom of movement. Thanks to the compact hip fins, the load is evenly distributed.

Excellent weight-to-comfort ratio for more energy
We chose a well-balanced selection of materials, optimised the tailoring, minimised the use of materials and reduced the features to the essentials. The result is a particularly light and durable cycling backpack with an excellent weight/comfort ratio.

Resource-efficient production
The bluesign® product fulfils the Green Button requirement due to the main material being made from recycled materials and the components being manufactured in an environmentally friendly and resource-efficient manner. Furthermore, it is climate-neutral, PFAS-free and thus makes a clear statement in terms of sustainability.

PFAS-free
This deuter product is free of intentionally used PFAS (per- and polyfluorinated chemicals). deuter thus reduces the use of substances that are known to harm the environment and health. For outdoor products, PFAS are mainly used for water-repellent treatments. Since 2019, however, deuter has been using the alternative impregnation DWR (Durable Water Repellency).

Climatepartner certified product
By increasing the use of low-carbon materials and technologies in our collections, we are working to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible in the long run. However, despite our efforts, it is not possible to make a product climate neutral. Whatever we cannot reduce in our products today, we compensate for in cooperation with Climate Partners. In the future, when you purchase a ClimatePartner certified deuter product, the amount of emissions released from the production and transport of the product will be neutralised through voluntary offsetting and specifically invested in a selected social and climate protection project.

Bluesign® product
Consumer products bearing the bluesign® label comply with the strict safety and environmental criteria of the bluesign® system. Textiles and accessories used to manufacture products with the bluesign® certification label are manufactured in a way that saves valuable resources and has minimal impact on people and the environment.

Certified 'GRÜNER KNOPF' product
The 'Grüner Kopf' (literally 'green button') is a government certification label for responsible textiles. Anyone who wants to buy socially and ecologically responsible clothing can apply for the Grüner Kopf certification. There is currently no other label like Grüner Kopf. It requires compliance with mandatory standards to protect people and the environment. A total of 46 strict social and environmental criteria must be fulfilled, covering a wide range from waste water to forced labour.
